SHIPPING & RETURNS


At Atizana Inspired we make it a goal to pack our items beautifully and send them out within 1 to 2 business day of receiving the order. Because we care for our planet we re-use shipping materials whenever it is possible, including boxes, bubble wrap.

SHIPPING

We currently offer Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $75.00 or a Flat Rate standard shipping of $8.95 within the contiguous U.S. for all other orders. Shipping and Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier you choose and if you would like expedited shipping you can select it at checkout. We currently offer shipping with both USPS and FedEx within the United States. For international orders please contact our customer service line at 305.321.6933 

  • FedEx Ground quotes 1-5 business days in transit time.
  • USPS Standard Post quotes 2-8 business day’s transit time.
  • USPS Priority Mail quotes 2-3 business day’s transit time.

We do not have any control over delays that occur while shipments are in transit, however we do track and update our customers as necessary as well as follow up with carriers if there is a delay.

RETURNS

At Atizana Inspired we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that to truly create a connection between you, the consumer and our artisans it depends on authentic products and extraordinary customer service. Therefore we have a “No Hassel” Return Policy. We will gladly accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your on-line purchase. Please call 305.321.6933 or contact us by email:

All returns will be accepted as long as the item is in the original condition with the original packaging and tags.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center. No refunds will be available after the 30-day returns period has expired.
